    Unanswered: Combo box statement bank

I have a bank of statements in a table that is connected to a combo box on a form, also on the form is a memo field. What I want to beable to do is click on the combo box and select a statement, this statement is then copied in to the memo field, ideally to wherever the cursor was when the combo box was selected but if this is not possible, to the end of any text currently in there.

Use the Column(0, comboBox.ListIndex) property of the Combo Box

Here is an example using one Table.
You can use more than one table. One for your Combobox.

Thanks for the reply, although it is not really what I am looking for as when you select a different combo box value the whole contents of the memo field change. What I want to happen is:

The combo box values will be something like:
    1. 'Hello my name is '
    2. 'I am '
    3. 'years old.'

The user will click in the memo field then select value 1 from the combo box, type in their name, select value 2 from the combo box, enter their age, then select value 3 from the combo box. The final value in the memo field will now be 'Hello my name is Richard I am 30 years old.'

I hope this clarifys the situation.

Try this, perhaps it is a gide for you.....

    Note:
It is better to use three ComboBoxes
