    Unanswered: Error in DataEnviroment SQL VB

    Have Created a DataEnvironment

    then in side that have add the SQL WHICH work

    still geting my head around the DataEnvironment Thing

    now if Iwant to Add a Criteria =30 Works Great

    sql says SELECT Haz.*FROM Haz WHERE (HazID = 30)

    but if I change the =30 to =? so ican pass a value to it
    I get a Error

    sql says SELECT Haz.*FROM Haz WHERE (HazID = ?)

    Even a old one has stop work and use to work



    Proider cannot derive parameter information and SetParameterInfo has not been called
    [ok] [help]

    help says

    did a test connection pass

    but it work in a other vb program O.K

    Try this instead

    rs.Open "SELECT Haz.*FROM Haz WHERE HazID='" & TextBox.Value & "'"

    Where your textbox has the value you want to use.
