    Unanswered: changing the visual attribute

    hi all ..

i have two data blocks which are linked by a master-detail relationship. the mater block is a multi-record block and the detail block is a single record block. the operation is to modify the data of the mater block using the detail block.
now the problem is when am moving to modify the detail block, i forget to which record am modifying from the mater block..
so, i need to change the visual attribute of the selected record from the multi record datablock.
if any one has any idea plz help me

Don't know if you have tried this but:

1)set up a visual attribute called va_cur, with a backgroud colour of your choice.
2)within the master block assign this visual atribute to each items 'current recourd visual attribute group' property.

Wen you run the form the current record in the master block should be highlighted, even when the cursor is in the detail block.
