Unanswered: For those who noes how to solve & others to learn...

I have asked this before, but no one seems to be able to help me. Maybe it is because i did not provide a clear picture of the problem so here it is.

Basically, it is a form that requires user to enter ALL the fields and click on "Add Common AR". The problem now is that, i cannot create a new record no matter what code i use (not even Me.Requery as suggested in my previous thread). The add record code and the append query works fine though...

I have attached to this thread a shorten copy of what i am doing. All the required forms, queries and tables are in there. the relationships should not be modified. If anything is modified, please upload a new copy and state the modification done. Thanks.

Your forms are blank on that database. I also do not exactly understand your problem. Could you explain more what you are wanting to happen?

In order for the form to work, please extract it out of the zip file and run it. Otherwise, it will only be a blank form.

I don't want to have to work to help someone ... Define your problem on the forum instead of the "Run my program and you'll see the problem" request. I don't have the time to do that (and I suspect quite a few others don't either) ...

So, what is wrong with your application? What's not working right?
Back to Access ... ADO is not the way to go for speed ...

basically its the form not going into a new record. i've tried using the requery method and it still does not work. my previous thread stating the problem is here: http://www.dbforums.com/t997960.html
