    Unanswered: question

    what's the difference when i use this
    dim conn as connection

    and

    dim conn as new connection

    what difference does it make?

    You must either use:

    dim conn as new connection

    or

    dim conn as connection
    set conn = new connection

    Both do the same thing. My preference is for the second one as I create the new object when I want it as opposed to when I declare it.
