I think if I am not mistaken since Access and Outlook (if you use outlook) are able to interact with each other, which means you could create a module in access that sends an email.
Probably in a couple of months I will be doing that on my current database. I will be emailing people in my company letting them know certain key events happening in the database relating to their department and so on.
If you get this figured out before then please post it here.
If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can create a .pdf I used it today we needed a report that I converted to a pdf file.
If you don't have acrobat, I know there are cheaper programs out there (maybe even free) that do the same as the .pdf format.
