    Unanswered: Creating an insert(append) statement in SQL

    I curretnly have a form, now I want to write the info to the database using an sql append statement. This is what I have so far, its looks good to me, I can't figure out where the syntax error is comming from:

    INSERT into tblEMP (EmpID,LastName,FirstName,AmericanName,Title) VALUES(Forms![frmEmpADD]!EmpID,Forms![frmEmpADD]!LastName,,Forms![frmEmpADD]!FirstName,,Forms![frmEmpADD]!AmericanName,,Forms![frmEmpADD]!Title);

    Any suggestions?

    Its me again

    I figured the append statment out, way too many commas.

    However, Is there any way to automate the command box to append the data(By clicking the "Yes" button). I'm worried that the users of this application will be thrown off by this, I want to make it as user friendly as possible.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
