I have several reports with conditional formatting that on occasion have one of two problems when printed:
1. The page header or footer of the report appear to be covering the detail section so 1-2 lines of the detail are missing at the top or bottom of a page instead of wrapping onto the next page.
2. The top part of a single line prints on one page and the bottom part of the same line prints on the next page.
I have made all the textboxes and labels on a line the same size and have aligned all the controls carefully. Changing the top and/or bottom margin works for an individual report, but I can't find a setting that works for all reports due to their variable length.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? The front end of the application is either Access 2000 orAccess 2002 depending on the workstation.
