Unanswered: What is this query implies ?

What is this query implies ?

    CREATE view view_test AS SELECT * from test_table alias1 (INDEX = pk_constraint)

Here pk_constraint is the primary key constraint name defined in the table 'test_table'.

Here, what is the effect of (INDEX = pk_constraint)

it's an optimizer hint that forces the optimizer to use it while generating an execution plan for the query. it's not recommended to be used unless you have a full understanding of all implications of a forced plan.
