When writing a report (eg an invoice) I want to get a calculated field (eg a total) at the bottom of the page - not below the details, is there any way that you can align detail footers to the bottom of the page instead of the toP?
If your details will not span more than 1 page, a simple fix is to make the calculated fields in the detail footer not visible and place a matching set of fields in the page footer set to equal the hidden fields.
The only catch is if more than 1 detail footer lands on the same page - this method will display the bottom most data in the linked fields of the footer. But, a "Force New Page After" for the detail footer prevents that.
If your details span more than 1 page, this won't work (because on each page prior to the last page, the info from the previous detail footer will be displayed in the page footers). In this case, some fancy coding would be required, so this method would not be advisable.
