Hi all,

I have a DB which stores shop details including their longitude and latitude. This data is generated from a mapping website and uploaded to the DB... the problem is that if two shops have tha same postcode they display on the map in the same place (as you would expect) however the shop names are desplayed as the same one. Up until recently i have been using X and Y co-ordinates and have been amnually "tweaking" the data by small amounts to allow the DB to differentiate between the two names.

What i would like to know, if anyone has any ides, by what amount can i "tweak" the data in longitude and latitude values so that the shops are differentiated between, but by not making them too far "geographically" apart from each other?
