    Lightbulb Unanswered: tkprof

    Hi there !!

    I'm getting an error when I execute tkprof for a trace file that I generated before.

    I do this for generating the trace file:

    SET AUTOTRACE ON
    ALTER SESSION SET SQL_TRACE = TRUE;
    ALTER SESSION SET TIMED_STATISTICS = TRUE;
    ALTER SESSION /*MODULE glpost.c*/ SET SQL_TRACE = TRUE;

    @C:\file.sql

    ALTER SESSION SET SQL_TRACE = FALSE;
    ALTER SESSION SET TIMED_STATISTICS = FALSE;
    ALTER SESSION /*MODULE glpost.c*/ SET SQL_TRACE = FALSE;

    And I Get sid_ora_29546.trc

    And when I do: TKPROF sid_ora_29546.trc result.tkp

    I get an error from windows and a Incomplete file as result.

    Note: I only goes on when I have the query in the file.sql , but not when I execute It in the console. The problem is that the query is so big.

    Too bad you neglected to actually share exactly what the erros is/was;
    and expect us to guess the actual problem & possible solution.
