    Certainly, you can.
Begin a transaction with this statement:

    Dbengine.BeginTrans

By the way, you're creating a data-driven website with Access.
How many users do you expect ?
Can Access handle it if there are many concurrent users ?

    further doubt

As far as the no of users are concerned, we had considered that parameter and the website is going to be an intranet website so number of users are going to be less.

Now regarding your answer I would further like to request you to elaborate the answer. Actually i am new to using transaction, so plz suggest how to use it.

Also one more thing I am using ASP+vbscript for server side scripting. I found that it was possible to maintain transactions using the connection objects also. They do have the same method which you suggested to use. Infact did you meant to use the method begin transaction with the connection object....?

Any way Thanks for your first reply as well as one being expected
