I have a couple of reports that only contain a page of data, but when they print out, one is 12 pages and the other 22 pages and the information is a duplicate on each page. The data are aggregates and SUMS, AVG
Are the reports printing out each record?
I have looked at the control properties on the report, as well as the header controls and toggled the "force New page' and 'keep together' back and forth.
If you are using subreports, put a text box of some obvious data field (e.g., ID, date) on the main report. Chances are your main reports RecordSource has 12 (and 22) records and you are getting a page for each record, which is not really what you are intending.
