Cobol Help for a new starter

I am trying this really easy program but it won't compile for some reason here is the code.

@OPTIONS MAIN
Identification Division.
Program-Id. Hello.
Environment Division.
Configuration Section.
Source-Computer. IBM-PC.
Object-Computer. IBM-PC.
Data Division.
Procedure Division.
Hello-Start.
Display "Hello World".
Stop Run.
