I think I'm in need of more knowledge, because I don't know what you're talking about.

Can you, or anyone, expand?

sounds like its some form of AI /neural network... something that (I think) us beyond the scope of this forum, although the storage and retireval of the knowledge may be relevant the rules and mechanisms of association are going to be way off field

Knowledge Management Systems are interesting beasties, but they're really more of an application development issue than a database or storage issue.

What sort of KMS are you planning to build? What do you want it to do for you and/or your organization?

So - you know you need one but you don't know what it is and you don't know what it is for? Are you a senior manager?

I think it would be more valuable to create a spelling and grammar checker system first, and then move on to "knowledge".
