Mark Threads Read

In another board I go to, there is a button that allows you to "Mark Topics Read". Basically, if you go into the forum and see that none of the current threads are of interest to you, you can "Mark Topics Read". This allows you to save time from going back into forums that you've already checked.

I mean making a shortcut for it to be like a menu list on top of the page without selecting them from the drop down menu
