diff. time

hi,

i m new user to this forum i got one problem in excel regarding time
for eg. when i give
1 column 2 column 3 column
22:00 24:00 02:00 //it calculate the perfet time

actually this time sheet is used to fill from employees time

but it fails when i enter time

let say today is Wednesday and when i enter time

09:00 01:00(1AM) its not calculating the right diff. it shows#count
something like this how to claculate the corret time difference in excel sheet

hope anybody understand my problem
