ASE Best Configuration

Hi All,

can anyone give an idea about the best configuration of Sybase ASE, i know many factors that have impact on the performance like:

number of user connections
number of locks
number of indexes
number of open objects
number of open databases
data cache
procedure cache
character set

but can you provide me with the best configuration? and what are the parameters important to have a good performance.
