rs_init problem

Hi,

I am trying to enable password encryption for replication server using rs_init.
After providing the repserver name, sa password and config file location, it's still asking the same details again and again.

Can any of you please let me know how to overcome this problem or what is causing this problem.

As it's prodution issue, please revert me as soon as possible
