sybase replication alert

hi..

i have sybase replication 15.2 on windows 2003 server.
for now, i recently check whether repAgent is down or not using command "admin who_is_down". i have to logon remotely to server then issueing that command.

how can i make an alert automatically send email to me if repAgent is down or suspend?
