Sybase installation - SQL Advantage cannot login

Hi,

We have an issue running SQL Advantage after installing Sybase on new machine. We have installed it properly without any error, but when we try to login in SQL Advantage, it does not give any response after clicking the button. There is no error and another thing I have noticed is still you can click the button again and even the cancel button.

BTW, the enterprise manager is working fine, no connection issue. We have tried to reinstall it many times and no luck.

Here are the details:

new Window server machine: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, Service Pack 1
Sysbase version: 12.5.2

Here is the error in Windows Event Log:
=====

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Armie

not sure if this will help or not. try to change the database from the drop down box to some other database then back to the database you want to log in to then log in again.

I remember back in 12.5, we have to do this in order to connect.
