Stored Procedure Incorrect Warning no Records Selected

I am running a Stored Procedure on both on Sybase IQ 12.5 and 15 and the log is producing a Warning: No Records Selected message. We are upgrading to 15 that's why I'm running them on both.

The tables are updating properly and the data I'm looking for is there so the warning is actually incorrect.

Is there any way to turn this message off? A command in the stored procedure maybe, or something to do with dbisqlc?

Message:

% execute Statewide_FTE_Final_Appr;
% **Warning: No records selected
% select time including I/O 0.9 seconds - current time 17:11:06

Thanks for any help.
