Popup or tooltip in datawindow of powerbuilder

I have a column field in the datawindow.
My requirement is, during run time, when the mouse points to the columnfield, a tooltip or a popup message should be visible.

I am able to bring up a pop up message for a command button in the window but not for an object present in datawindow.

PS: I am using powerbuilder version 6.5
