Monitor Sybase A S E

Hi,
I am trying to figure out monitoring Sybase Adaptive Server and found out the montables which have the values. Could any one point me on right directions to
fetch the values at server level like memory used,active connections, max connections etc.... Is there a specific table for Serverl level or I have to aggregate that from other tables.
