max number of records that can be fetched in rapid sql with sybase

Hi,
I am using Embarcadero Rapid SQL 7.3.2 with Sybase. I have a query which returns 250000 results with Rapid SQL while more than 470000 with other tools.
Is there any chance that the max number of records that can be fetched is limited by some setting.
How can I change that setting?
