I have a serious problem I'm new to the administration and configuration of Sybase database and has touched me now restore a Sybase 11.9.2 database, but when I try to make a backup or restoration a database I get this error "Can not open a connection to site SYB_BACKUP. see the error log file in the Sql Server boot directory.

I want someone please give me the configuration or the correct path for that l backup server is connected either
sql in sybase 11.9.2 under Windows NT 4.0

Is the backup server up?
