Hi

Please help me for the following error message while clicking on Engine Group in Sybase Central.
Text data not supported when data size is changing between the 'utf8' and 'iso_1' character sets due to character set conversion. The conversion ratio is 2:1. Please connect again with conversion off, or use client-side conversions.

I am getting same error in BCP and also while calling text/image field from VB.

please help me by providing solution for this problem.

I solved this problem by changing the default charset in locales.dat file to utf8.
