Need Admin access to SQLAnywhere 5.x .DB file

I am managing a server running SQLAnywhere 5.02. There are several .DB files that we connect to using a custom application but no one knows the original Administrator/Supervisor password for the .DB files. Is there a tool I can use to hack the password or the files so I can use Sybase Admin tools to modifying tables, fields, etc?
