synchronization Technique

Dear All,
i devlope an application using ultralite database and use mobilink synchronization , and every thing is ok but when i want to use synchronization Technique that douwnload some rows from the databse but i try to add table script using Sybase Central, but the synchronization dosenot work me to douwload some rows from the database and not all the rows, iask from any body can help me to do that .
