ODBC--insert on a linked table '???' failed

I am getting this error when I try to save a Word document as an Image in a Sybase 11 database

The table I am saving to is not linked to any other database.

Anyone able to enlighten me on this ?

Storing a text or image value in Sybase uses the command "writetext". Does ODBC support this?
