Here I needed to write a script to move the unix files to Windows clearcase directory on a modification time basis , Daily End of the Day Job.
( Effectively Unix to windows ; assume the directory in windows is present.. )

Please give me a link or hint how to do that.

Hint:
On windows create a '.bat' script to ftp the files from Unix to Windows and use the job scheduler to execute.
