IPC recourses in AIX (RS/6000)

I have the following questions I would like to know answers.

How can we check if our system has enough IPC resources?
IPC resources is it a tuning parameter in system?
How do I know if shared memory buffers are paged is very active?

Try "ipcs" and "svmon". As for tuning, I think in AIX v5 most IPC parameters are configured automatically by the kernel.

By the way, what's "RHCC"?
