Copy files

I log into the Unix box through Putty SSH client. I have some programs on my local machine which I need to copy to the Unix m/c.

How do I copy them? I cant FTP them.
Can anyone please help me with this.

You could use WinSCP.

I tried downloading it and followed this link:
http://sc.tamu.edu/help/general/acce...inscp_win.html

But after the warning window(as per the link), its prompting me to enter a password(that window is not shown in the link I gave above)
'server prompt-username@servername is the window name.'

I dint understand which password its asking for.
I gave the password I log onto the UNIX box with, but its denying access.

Did you install using the winscp382setup.exe program?

Mine is working ok.

I did and then followed the steps in the link I gave above. What password am I supposed to key in here?
I saved my session and the moment I click on it, I'm prompted for the password.
