Lightbulb Need help with SCO 2.1.3 for DLST change in 2007

Help
Looking for a patch, script, or instructions to allow for machine running SCO Unix 2.1.3 to handle the Day Light Savings Time change this spring in the US.
Yes, SCO 2.1.3.
I can not upgrade the software and the software developers are long gone.
Please let me know if there are any suggestions.
