Symbol referencing error in UNIX

Hi,
While compiling a C code containing MQseries in Unix,
I get the following error
Undefined first referenced
symbol in file
MQDISC mqser.o
MQOPEN mqser.o
MQCONN mqser.o
MQPUT mqser.o
MQCLOSE mqser.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to mqser
Please reply as soon as possible.. Thanks in advance
