How can I convert an XML Sheet into an Excel Document. Can I user Microsoft Excel 97 for this? Please help.

I don't think you can use Excel 97 ... I think Excel 2002 supports ...

You might have a look at XMLtoXSL from http://www.forgram.com

It's a $28 Excel add-in that imports XML files into Excel, and works with Excel 97.
