I would like to learn VC++ as well as Unix Shell Scripting.Please guide me in this direction.I know C++.Thank you.Please explain me especially about system calls in Unix.

Do u need to know the basic system calls listing for quick reference or do u need recommendation of some good book or weblinks that'll give u detailed description of these sys call functions too? Same abt VC++.
