Question Testing Shell Scripts

Hi,

I am using korn shell scripts to generate DB2 reports. After development the scripts need to be extensively tested.
The testing involves... unit testing, system/integration testing and user acceptance testing. Can someone guide me how to go about it?? How should the test cases be designed??

Thanks and Regards,

Gautam
