Hi My requirment is as follows

1. read from the directory what are the files are available.
2. concatenate all the files with similar key words.
3. add header and footer for the concatenated files.
header will contain keyword and system date with time
Footer will have record count of concatenated file.
4. concatenate all concatenated files having different keywords.
5 add header and footer for the new file
6 add serial number to each line .

What have you come up with so far?
Can you tell us more about these key words?
Define 'similar key words'.
