I cannot add Real Player

Hi every one

I have problem, when I add Real Player in form.
This one..

This is a problem...

I reinstalled real player , and nothing happened , the problem still with me.

I reinstalled the vb.net and still same problem ...!!!!

Anybody knows what is the solution.
