msvbvm60 Error

Hi Everybody

I get this error on compiled exe file. It just quits.

But Does not quit when executing the program through the VB IDE.

OS: xpSP2, VB:6.0 sp6

Chances are you haven't bundled it with your application.

Check one of the thousands of solutions on google regarding this error for how to do this.

Hi

The application and the source are in the same machine. Application quits, whereas it runs in IDE.

one of the suggestion was to install the VBRun60sp6.exe, which was also tried.

Try another suggestion. It might also be wise to learn the difference between how the IDE loads dll's vs how to deploy dll's with an executable. These two concepts are not related.
