add a pivot table control to your toolbox in vb

Hello!
does anyone know how to add a pivot table control to your toolbox in vb?
i have VS2008 and office 2007 on my system! i have found numerous threads saying add the pivot control and dunno what but i actually don't have it on my pc or maybe i'm not looking for it in the right places!
not just asking how to add the control but if it does not exist what do i need to download and where to browse for the item?
your help is much appreciated!
