I have come up with a snag in the attached file.

When putting in the advertisers name I would like it to pull the record with that name and populate the rest of the information in the form. Additionally if they have not been entered I would like to fill out the rest of the information and then click submit for that record to be entered.

Additionally I would like the IPM Name to be a combo box, but every time I do it its not just the 9 names of the IPMS its like 100 of on name 8 of another so forth and so on.

If someone could help me with this it would be great, I just don't know how to do it and have gotten as far as I can.
