Filtering Table in Option and show to combobox

Good afternoon All, I have created a database that consists of 30 tables. of the 30 tables are divided into 3 classes (class A, B, C), each class consists of 10 species. the question is how the listing program to filter the tables according to each class and can be show in the combobox (name of table). thanks before.......
