VB10 Resource Planner Qeury

I have a problem whereby essentially all I need is something to automate a timetable for several members of staff to ensure busy phone lines are manned at all times.

At the start of the day I recieve a forecast advising by 30min intervals how many heads are needed on the phones.

Each member of staff has a Static Shift pattern, Start/Finish times, 2x15min breaks, 1xLunch. I am hoping to find a way to evenly distribute phone time across these static shifts and visually illustrate this in VB10.. is this easily doable?

Whats the best approach?

Say maybe... a TableLayoutPanel to represent 15min intervals across opening hours, and some labels to signify what each person is doing for that interval?? Could this be auto-populated???? Thanks for any help.

This has been a major issue for sometime so appreciate any help.
