Post Visual Basic Problem

Hi precious people?

I have A BIG PROBLEM and I would be very grateful if any one can help me. I've been trying to program my simple project but unfortunately am totally defeated.I have access table called student with fields studname, studid(primary key), arrears, fees paid, payment date, couse AND I wanted to program it in such away that if student paid fees for the second time to append rather than overwriting the existing data in fees field using dataenvironment.

Lastly, I would like to make the programs to count within six months time (i.e. for a semester) to see if a student had paid fees and if not to update the remaining fees as arrears of 1st semester which will be carried as new arrears in the begining of that semester.

I'll really appreciate any assistance offered. My email is johnkennedy.ouko@gmail.com.

Thanks.
